La tableta gráfica llegó rota, y no veo posibilidad alguna de lograr un reembolso o cambio del producto. Si el proveedor conoce lo delicado del producto debiera tomar toda clase de precauciones para que llegue en perfecto estado. Esta situación genera mucha incertidumbre respecto a comprar productos que sean rompibles.
