I ordered several time from this shop. 3rd time order, they forgot to put some USB cables. And tell me to order again and will add the additional cables. i did order again, with 20 tables as i needed more. Out of the 20, 5 are damaged. but i could not check early enough (14 days after shipment) as i could not go to my office due to COVid. they offer me 3$ discount on next order, when 5 tablets equals to 50 USD. For a frequent customer who bought 30 tablets from them in total, i have a high level of disatifaction wtih very slow response to my messages, combine with no effort on customer service. i am the one impacted, and still have to bear full cost. Pls be aware. if your items arrived damaged, compensation will not be great.
